Alexes is a licensed master’s level social worker who has been working with adolescents and adults for the past 5 years. Alexes utilizes a cognitive behavior therapy approach as well as incorporating motivational interviewing and strengths-based perspectives into her sessions. She works to help her clients identify negative thought patterns and develop positive coping skills that can help you create the life that you have always wanted.
Alexes is a U.S. Navy Veteran and is passionate about helping Active Duty, Veterans and military families work through the unique challenges that life in the military can create. Alexes believes in a mind-body approach and works with her clients to better understand that connection and learn how to take control of their bodies and their lives.
Fun Facts: Alexes loves to travel the world and has been to over 20 different countries. She is an avid reader of everything Sci-Fi and Fantasy and loves catching up on the latest Marvel movie.
