I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor in Georgia with over 17 years experience. I earned a Bachelors in Psychology from Tennessee State University and a Masters in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University. I have extensive experience working with diverse individuals and couples to address a variety of issues including: relationship issues, communication, infidelity, break-up/divorce recovery, parenting, depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment, military life, anger, career concerns/transitions, self-esteem, assertiveness training, and stress management. My therapeutic orientation includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. However, I will collaborate with you to develop a treatment plan specific to your needs. We will then cultivate the skills necessary not only to help you manage, but flourish in your daily life. I look forward to working with you!
