Description
Alex is trained in evidence-based cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based therapies for mood, anxiety and trauma disorders, as well as emotion dysregulation, relationship conflict and postpartum depression and anxiety. Alex uses an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy to help clients meet their individual goals. Her goal as a therapist is to help clients understand the factors that contribute to and maintain their distress, learn skills to change that which they can control, and practice acceptance around that which they cannot control.
