Adulting is hard! Parenting is hard! Navigating life is hard! Are you or teen overwhelmed and struggling to cope with life’s twist and turns. Are you plagued with always feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, have trauma, or poor coping. As a therapist I desire to help individuals and families longing for change, to break generational curses, to improve coping and emotional immaturity. ART Services strives to be there for and empower individuals and families to become more emotionally prepared for life challenges.
My goal as your therapist will be to provide a safe space for you to mend your broken heart and mind. I am able to meet my clients where they are whether through CBT, ACT, EMDR or just “talk therapy”.
