ABOUT DANIELLE
Hello, I’m Danielle. I believe that who we choose to be part of our healing journey is important and it is a privilege to be part of your chosen community as you walk this path. I am and Licensed Master Social Worker and a Certified Trauma Professional with a background in working with various populations such as youth in the juvenile system and foster care, survivors of sexual assault, human trafficking, and domestic/intimate partner violence.
I have experience with individuals across the lifespan who are navigating with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD and adjustment disorders. When it comes to therapy, I take an eclectic approach and utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to support each client’s healing. With a trauma-informed and culturally-affirming lens, I often utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, narrative therapy, somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy.
The therapy space is one where you are empowered to take control of the direction of your healing, and I look forward to joining with you along the way.
