Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about who we are and how we can work together toward achieving your desired wellness goals. We are a group of Black women of faith, wives, mothers, daughters, sisters, nieces, cousins, aunties, friends, counselors, educators, supervisors, researchers, social justice advocates, authors, and lifelong learners. Legacy Living Services, LLC, was launched to provide culturally inclusive mental health services. We offer individual and group counseling for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, identity issues, transitions in living, and relationship difficulties.
Our integrative and holistic approach to healing prioritizes the needs of the people we work with on their path toward wellness. Utilizing various treatment modalities allows us to personalize our skills to meet the unique needs of each person we serve.
