Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about who I am and how we can work together towards achieving your desired wellness goals. I am a Black woman of faith, wife, mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, auntie, friend, counselor, educator, supervisor, researcher, social justice advocate, author, and lifelong learner. I launched my counseling practice, Legacy Living Services, LLC, to provide culturally inclusive mental health services. Career-wise, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Eastern Michigan University, a Master's degree in Counseling, and a Doctorate in Counselor Education from Oakland University. I have over 12 years of counseling experience, and I have focused my career on promoting underserved populations' mental health and advancement.
