I firmly believe that when we aim to heal our minds we subsequently heal our bodies. My specialty is in assisting persons with disabilities and/or their caretakers/loved ones manage those emotions that accompany such a tribulation. A particular passion of mine is supporting those who are coping with Sickle Cell Disease.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor I provide counseling and guidance to help you get through several common, yet tough issues such as dealing with a personal crisis, facing depression/ anxiety, difficulties with acceptance, and frustrations with your communication and relationships.
