There is a saying, “prepare for the unexpected.” Oftentimes for many of us, the “unexpected” can create a challenge of sorts. These challenges typically can be resolved with solutions that are already within us, that simply need an awakening. As your therapist, allow me to assist you with this process while you take the lead!
I have devoted myself to enhancing the quality of life of others by building self-esteem and self-concept, increasing coping skills, and decreasing disruptive behaviors and thought patterns while fostering creativity, self-love, and personal insight and emotional intellect.
During my time in the field, I’ve served clients in the community setting with various challenges that impact their emotional wellbeing such as symptoms associated with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, ODD, OCD, mood disorders, psychosis, grief, co-occuring disorders, and PTSD. Regardless, my goals will always align with that of the client, as the client is the expert in their lives! This idealism fosters productivity and a better quality of life for the client and their support system.
Additionally, I am a mental health advocate, activist, and egalitarian that enjoys international travel, spending time with loved ones, shopping, nature, and visiting historical museums and landmarks in her free time.
