Do you ever feel like you have a hard time communicating with people or that people don't understand you? Do you sometimes feel drained from trying to tend to all the relationships in your life? Do you ever feel like you've spent too much time putting other people first?

One of the most important relationships we will ever have is the one we've built with ourselves. My goal is to help my clients become the best version of themselves by developing a healthier relationship with who they are. Through this clients may be able to build healthy relationships with others and the world around them. My approach to therapy is rooted in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), however, I like to focus on the therapeutic relationship, so I adjust my therapeutic approach to meet my clients' needs.
