I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed by the State of Maryland practicing with the understanding that each client is unique and requires personalized treatment.
I have been working in healthcare since 2015, after receiving my associate degree in Nursing from Radians College and became an Emergency Department (ED) registered nurse. I earned my bachelor's degree in Nursing (2016) from Chamberlain College of Nursing and continued to work as an ED nurse. In 2018, I continued to work as an ED nurse, but started working as a psychiatric nurse at Dominion Hospital, a psychiatric facility. While working as an ED and psychiatric nurse, I earned my Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (2020) from Walden University. Shortly after graduation, I began working as a PMHNP for a community-based company and Sheppard Pratt.
I accept some health insurances: Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, UHC, Magellan, and Humana (pending in-network). I accept Health Saving Accounts (HSAs) and offer a sliding scale for self-pay clients.
