I’m Shay and the Founder of Abide Integrative Counseling Services. I am experienced with nearly a decade of experience supporting women through life’s challenges with a down-to-earth, directive, and person-centered approach. I specialize in helping Black women unlearn survival mode, establish healthy boundaries, work through trauma, and rediscover peace—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Mariah Franklin, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner dedicated to supporting Black women in prioritizing their mental and emotional health. She offers compassionate, culturally aware care through psychiatric evaluations and medication management for anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, sleep disorders, and mood disorders. Her approach blends expertise with genuine care, helping clients feel grounded, balanced, and empowered in their daily lives.
