I am a licensed a clinical social worker. I received my master’s degree in social work from Loyola University Chicago. I grew up in environment that forced me to navigate many stressors and traumatic experiences. Having lived on both the West and South sides of Chicago I’ve experienced a lot as well as learned a lot. With that knowledge and experience, alongside my professional training I have been able to assist many others navigating these same situations. My passion for mental health runs deep. My mission is to make therapy and treatment accessible to all who want it, and to help remove the stigma for those who need it.
I've worked with adults and youth within various populations. I have assisted clients in dealing with depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, chronic stress, family conflict, and various other stressors. I believe that most people have the strength to overcome life stressors and recognize their strengths with the support of therapeutic interventions.
