Greetings, it takes courage to reach out for support and I commend your efforts in doing so. As a licensed marriage and family therapist licensed in California with over 14 years of experience my goal is to help people navigate through difficulties in their life and relationships, while providing a safe place to explore, develop insight, practice healthy coping tools, integrate and take responsibility for their changes. I work primarily with adult women who want help feeling better. My style is supportive, collaborative, empathic, honest, challenging and direct with boundaries. I use a combination of therapeutic styles to help my clients move forward in their healing.
The clients I work with struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, self-esteem, betrayal, are partners of sex addicts or have an unhealthy attachment to a romantic partner who is emotionally unavailable. Although, these challenges are difficult to manage and prevent from affecting other areas of your life, know it is possible for you to overcome them.
