I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, mood disorders. I offer counseling for stress management, anger management, and Christian counseling. I use a variety of evidence-based practices individually tailored to the client including psychotherapy, CBT, mindfulness, motivational interview, among others
