We are your virtual growth team, here to help you grow wherever you are planted in your wellness journey. The “Growth Team” consist of Mental Health Counselors, and Independent Partnerships with Wellness Life Coaches, and Consultants, who share the 3C values, and are passionate about increasing access to wellness supports and helping you grow.
If you choose to work with 3C you can expect safety, consistency, communication, and personable approach, focused on your individual challenges and aims. 3C Wellness is a wellness collective of mental health therapist and wellness life coaches and consultants bonded by the goal of eliminating stigma around mental and emotional wellness and to help you be a better you FOR YOU.
We support anyone age 10-65+ appropriate for virtual outpatient level care. We are here to hold space for you through our specialized service to help you work towards emotional and mental wellness. Each independent Licensed Counselor, Life coach, and Consultant has their own additional specialties and interest.
We are looking forward to helping you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, move forward to where you want to be in your life and continue to grow wherever you are planted.
