Description

When family life growing up was complicated, you learned to adapt quickly. You figured out ways to navigate those dynamics, perhaps by

"Shrinking yourself" to keep the peace.
Overachieving to prove your worth.
"Reading the room before you even step inside."

These strategies might have worked for a while. They kept you safe, kept things running smoothly, and stopped you from feeling like "too much." But now? They might be taking a toll on you.

At some point, holding everything together for everyone else meant slowly coming undone yourself.

Even when you know those roles don't serve you anymore, they still show up – at work, in friendships, and in how you set (or don't set) boundaries. But with the right support, you can break the dysfunctional patterns you inherited and find what works for you.

I understand this cycle * a little too well* and I'm here to help you break it – without second-guessing yourself along the way.

I can help you if:

You can't stop trying to do things perfectly because asking for help from your family never felt safe growing up.

You feel like you're navigating adulthood without a support system and you desire safe, healthy relationships you can rely on.

You feel trapped by your reputation as a "pleasure to have in class" – which now translates to self-effacing jokes about being a workaholic or "living at the office."

I know you've helped many people, and now it's your turn to let someone help carry the weight. I would be honored to support you.

I've helped many women clarify what wounds keep them stuck and get to the bottom of what's preventing them from having the life they deserve. Listen, I'm not a "rake the leaves" therapist; I'm more of a "dig up the roots" kind of therapist! I would love to walk alongside you, offering gentle guidance, as you confront your patterns, shift your behaviors, and truly understand yourself.
