My name is Khalliah Grace Bryant, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, serving Jacksonville and all of Florida virtually. I work with individuals starting at age 14, to adults, couples, and families. I'm here to normalize therapy -especially for Black people, and show everyone that mental health IS health.
During therapy, I help guide you through unresolved issues that have become a barrier to your happiness, growth, and overall wellbeing. My approach is integrative; applying therapy, mindfulness, spirituality, and physical health to promote holistic wellness.
