Description
Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of who they are becoming while trying to manage relationships, responsibilities, and major life changes. Many are trying to balance expectations, figure out their purpose, or make sense of experiences that feel heavy and isolating.
Through a supportive and collaborative approach, I give my clients - teens, college students and adults - a safe space to process, grow, and reconnect with themselves while learning how to navigate adulthood with greater confidence and clarity.
Care is grounded in trauma-informed therapy using CBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and psychodynamic approaches. Our sessions focus on helping you better understand yourself, manage stress and emotions, strengthen relationships, and build a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
Growing into yourself can feel confusing, lonely, and exhausting at times, but you do not have to navigate it alone. Therapy offers a space to feel seen, supported, and understood while learning how to move through life’s challenges with more confidence, self-trust, and hope.
