Description

Hi y'all, I'm Malanna, rhymes with Madonna! I’m quite the unorthodox therapist, so I’ve been told, because I approach mental health with the same sincerity that we take with our physical health. I have a lot of respect and appreciation for the people who sit in front of me and trust me with their vulnerability. I'm big on cooperation; pairing your self-insights with my expertise. I'll do my best to help you highlight all of your hidden strengths, buried wins, and natural gifts that life can make us lose sight of! I currently offer telehealth services but I can guarantee it’ll be just as good as seeing me in person!

We can address your mental health in a way that suits you specifically! I know a lot of programs take a “one size fits all” approach but I don’t believe that’s fair! Different things work for different people and I would absolutely be honored to figure out what works for you so you can get to the mental, spiritual, and physical health space of your choosing.

Every encounter can teach us something fundamental about ourselves that pushes us towards self-improvement, even if only marginally. My skillset has allowed me to provide and design client specific care that caters to nurturing individual goals and growth milestones that the client desires. I look forward to working with you if you allow me the privilege!

Recovering from a Hard/Traumatic Relationship

Leaving a difficult or traumatic relationship can feel like stepping out of something heavy… only to realize you’re still carrying pieces of it with you. You might find yourself replaying conversations, questioning your decisions, or feeling unsure of who you are outside of that dynamic. Even when you know you’ve made the right choice, the emotional residue can linger in ways that are confusing and, at times, exhausting.

This space is about helping you gently sort through that. Together, we work to rebuild your sense of self, strengthen your boundaries, and make sense of what you experienced—without judgment or pressure. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting; it means understanding, reclaiming your voice, and learning how to feel safe and grounded within yourself again.

You don’t have to carry it all alone anymore.
