Description

I have immediate therapy openings. I help professionals and high achievers who have it all together on the outside but are struggling on the inside. You may be the person who others go to for support and advice, but when it's time to share your concerns, you feel like you have no where to go. This may leave you feeling anxious, frustrated, depressed, and isolated. Maybe you are in a high confidentiality career and work as a physician, healthcare professional, therapist, lawyer, executive/leader, clergy, or government employee with a high security clearance, who needs someone to talk to. You can put your trust in me.
Through therapy, you can receive support, validation, and strategies to gain new insights and address emotional pain. Here, you don't have to pretend that all is well or be alone in your feelings. Together, we can uncover patterns, examine traits, and process pain, so that you can take steps towards healthy changes and decisions. Let's prioritize you.
I am here to guide you along your healing journey so that you can have more peace and less stress. You can discuss your concerns without someone dismissing or minimizing them regardless of your strengths. I have a heart for those carrying emotional weight and in need of support. Your feelings and experiences matter. I look forward to working with you.

I am an out-of-network provider and can provide a superbill (receipt) for clients using their out-of-network benefits for reimbursement.
