Description

Healing should never require you to leave parts of yourself behind. As a therapist, I create space where your experiences, culture, identity, and story are all welcomed and understood. Whether you’re navigating stress, trauma, life transitions, or simply trying to find your footing again, you deserve support that honors both who you are and where you come from.

I earned my degrees in Social Work and Sociology from Clark Atlanta University, where my work focused on supporting children, families, and communities. Over the years, I’ve worked in schools, therapy programs, and mentorship spaces, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and transitions.
I understand how trauma, stress, and major life changes can impact mental health. For many people—especially within BIPOC communities—these experiences can feel heavy and difficult to talk about. Having a space where your experiences are understood within the context of culture, identity, and lived experience can make all the difference.
My approach is compassionate, culturally aware, and grounded in a strengths-based perspective. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’ve faced, process difficult experiences, and build tools that support healing, confidence, and self-trust.
I strive to create a culturally affirming and nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your full self. Therapy with me is a place where you can speak openly, feel heard, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
