Description
Anxiety, depression, or constant mood swings can make everyday life feel exhausting. You might feel overwhelmed by your emotions, stuck in negative thoughts, or unsure how to get back to feeling like yourself again. Many people try to handle these struggles alone for a long time before reaching out, but you don’t have to carry it by yourself.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults across Georgia who are navigating anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Some of my clients feel emotionally drained and unmotivated, while others experience intense highs and lows that make life feel unpredictable. Many are simply looking for a place where they can finally slow down, talk openly, and begin to understand what they are going through.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, supportive, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, heard, and respected. At the same time, it should give you practical tools you can actually use in your daily life. Together, we work on building coping strategies, improving emotional regulation, and developing healthier ways to respond to stress, thoughts, and difficult emotions.
Sometimes therapy means working through painful experiences from the past. Other times it means learning new skills to manage what you are facing right now. Either way, the goal is the same: to help you feel more stable, more confident, and more in control of your life.
Clients often tell me that one of the most helpful parts of therapy is simply having a space where they don’t have to pretend everything is okay. You don’t need to have the right words or a perfect explanation of what you’re feeling to start. Therapy is a place where we can figure things out together, one step at a time.
Reaching out for help can feel intimidating, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change. If you are ready for support, guidance, and a space where your experiences matter, I invite you to schedule a consultation. You deserve care, understanding, and the opportunity to move forward with hope.
