Description
I help Black women, couples, and families navigate life's hardest moments — not just survive them.
My name is Diamond Slone Couch. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist associate, a military veteran, a mother, a wife, and a doctoral student studying Black wellness and belonging. I believe in the hope and peace that comes when we slow down, name our needs, and take the steps to meet them. In it, we can build safety and trust for ourselves, either again or for the first time.
HOW I WORK
- Individuals: Solution-Focused Therapy + mindfulness to reduce anxiety, build boundaries, and take small, doable steps forward
- Couples & Families: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to interrupt conflict cycles, rebuild trust, and create secure emotional bonds
- Faith-Sensitive Care (on request): Christian perspectives integrated where it aligns with your values
