Description
As a Black psychologist, I bring both lived experience and professional training to my work. I understand how race, neurodivergence, gender, sexuality, class, and other identities intersect to shape how we move through the world and how the world responds to us.
In individual therapy I offer a compassionate and affirming space to explore your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and build tools for meaningful and sustainable growth. My approach is person-centered and multicultural, grounded in evidence-based care while centering your lived experience.
I also provide psychological assessments for ADHD, Autism, and related concerns, with a focus on clarity and affirmation, especially for those who have had difficulty accessing accurate diagnoses.
Whether you are seeking healing, understanding, or a space where you do not have to explain who you are, I am here to walk alongside you.
