Description

Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or clinical. I believe it should feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are—no judgment, no pressure, and no pretending. I’m a licensed psychotherapist providing telehealth services across Texas, and I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and middle-aged women, including LGBTQ+ individuals who want affirming, honest, and supportive care.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by life stressors, anxiety, depression, or the lingering effects of childhood trauma. You might feel stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. My approach is affirming, straightforward, and grounded in real conversations. I won’t talk at you—I’ll work with you to understand what’s getting in the way and help you build practical tools you can actually use in your daily life.
My greatest passion is watching clients grow—seeing the moment when things start to click, confidence builds, and life feels more manageable. One of my biggest strengths is creating strong, trusting therapeutic relationships, because real change happens when you feel safe, understood, and supported. Outside of therapy, you’ll likely find me binge-watching reality TV, enjoying a warm cup of coffee, or spending quality time with my family—simple joys that help keep me grounded, just like the ones we’ll work on building for you.
