Hi, I’m Jarrece I go by Jah a therapist who believes coping in a healthy way starts with being truly seen, heard, and understood. My work is centered on creating a warm, affirming space for Black women and girls to unpack life’s challenges, find balance, and reconnect with their inner strength.

Together, we’ll explore not just what’s wrong, but what’s possible: building insight, problem-solving, and developing coping skills that empower you to show up for yourself with confidence and compassion.
I blend person-centered and strength-based approaches with tools from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness helping you feel grounded and supported as you cope, grow, and thrive.
