I’m Jenn, therapist and founder of The SHIFT Mental Wellness, PLLC. I specialize in supporting Black women and men professionals—athletes, business leaders, healthcare providers, and educators—as well as adolescents and Gen-Zs who are navigating life’s pressures while carrying the weight of anxiety, burnout, cultural stress, identity struggles, and generational trauma.
