Description
My purpose as a therapist is to walk alongside you—to honor your story, hold space for healing, and help you reconnect with the strength that’s already within you.
I know that trauma and life transitions affect each of us in different ways. Whether you're grieving, facing relationship challenges, or carrying complex experiences. I offer a safe and compassionate space where all of you are welcome. A space that’s culturally aware, non-judgmental, and focused on your growth.
Therapy isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about coming home to yourself—reclaiming the parts of you that may have been silenced, dismissed, or stretched too thin by life. And the fact that you're even reading this tells me something important: you're already doing the work. Reaching out is a brave and powerful step toward deeper healing and self-trust.
You don’t have to do this alone.
I support people who are:
Parenting through stress, uncertainty, or generational patterns they’re ready to shift
Wanting more intentional and fulfilling relationships
Navigating major life transitions—like migration, divorce, separation, or school changes
Coping with grief, loss, or identity shifts
Struggling with anxiety or depression
I use a person-centered, trauma-informed approach that honors your lived experience and supports your goals. My role isn’t to lead or push you—it's to walk with you, listen deeply, and create a space where healing feels possible.
Your past doesn’t have to define your future. You're allowed to grow, rest, and feel whole—on your own terms.
