I support high-achieving professionals who are tired of carrying everything in their bodies—tension, overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, old wounds, and all the ways we’ve been taught to “be strong.” I use Somatic Experiencing®, a body-centered approach that helps you slow down, tune in, and gently release what you have been holding.
Together, we will follow a simple process:
Identify it – We notice what’s happening in your body, without judgment or pressure.
Embody it – We stay with those sensations in a safe, grounded way so your system learns it doesn’t have to fight, flight, freeze, or fawn anymore.
Let it go – Your body begins to soften, unclench, or breathe a little deeper as it feels safer to release.
Through this work, clients often notice greater calm, clarity, connectedness, creativity, courage, compassion, curiosity, confidence, and shifts in old patterns or self-beliefs.
