Description

My therapy style is collaborative, trauma informed, and culturally responsive and my role as a therapist is to partner with my client to help them meet their goals. I understand the unique challenges that BIPOC individuals face and recognize the impacts of individual, generational, and racial trauma on one’s overall health. Breaking generational cycles, boundary setting, emotion regulation, navigating grief, and managing anxiety amidst unknowns are just some of the issues I support my clients with.

Within the therapy space I like to discuss the intersections of financial well-being, physical health, spiritual well-being, and social functioning with mental health. I strive to help my clients create better relationships within their life, whether it be their relationship with themselves, others, food, or even money.

I am passionate about helping those I work with align with their values and work towards becoming their most authentic selves, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space for them to do this. I believe that therapy is powerful, you are powerful, and you in therapy, is powerful. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey of showing up for yourself!
