Description
I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who provides psychiatric and psychotherapy services in Georgia. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Armstrong State University in 2014 as a licensed Registered Nurse (RN). In 2022, I obtained my Master of Science in Nursing degree for Family Psychiatric Mental Health from University of South Alabama.
My pursuit for mental health begun during my experience as a RN while caring for patients with mental health concerns along with physical conditions. In that period, I gained an appreciation of mental health and its influence on physical health. My responsibility as a psychiatric mental health provider includes comprehensive assessments, medication management, and individualized psychosocial therapy to clients suffering from numerous chronic and/or acute mental health conditions. Some conditions include, but not limited to management of ADHD, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
