Description
Hi there—if you’ve landed here, I imagine you’ve been carrying a lot.
Maybe your mind never seems to quiet down. Maybe you're constantly second-guessing yourself or trying to hold it all together when inside it feels like you're barely hanging on. Or maybe you're tired of fighting with your body—feeling like it has to be smaller, quieter, or more acceptable just to take up space.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to keep navigating it all by yourself.
I work with women of color who are tired of the pressure to be everything for everyone. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety that just won’t let up, trauma that still lives in your body, or a painful relationship with your reflection, therapy with me is a space to exhale and be your full, unfiltered self.
I hold space for the stories that haven’t been spoken out loud, the parts of yourself you’ve learned to hide, and the weight of expectations that were never yours to carry. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s been heavy, and begin to rebuild a relationship with yourself that’s rooted in care, not criticism.
I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about remembering that you were never broken to begin with. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in honoring the complexity of your lived experience, especially at the intersections of race, gender, trauma, and body image.
You deserve a space where you don’t have to explain why it’s hard. You deserve to feel at home in your body and in your life. If you’re ready to begin that journey, I’m here to walk alongside you.
