I hold a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) and a dual board certification as a Family Nurse (FNP-BC) and Psychiatric-Mental Health (PMHNP-BC) Practitioner. With 15 years of experience in healthcare, I bring a holistic approach to your care. My decision to become a nurse practitioner was guided by a profound calling and inspired by the Holy Spirit. This spiritual foundation, combined with my dual expertise, empowers me to provide comprehensive and compassionate care. At our practice, we believe in providing comprehensive, personalized, and compassionate care to address your unique healthcare needs.
Our approach includes medication management for medical and psychiatric conditions, medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorders, and psychotherapeutic support through Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. This integrated approach addresses mental health challenges' root causes and empowers individuals with effective coping strategies. We involve patients in the decision-making process, ensuring personalized treatment plans to meet their unique goals and aspirations.

Cash Paying and Out-of-Network Patients accepted at Alma: *Cash Pay and Out-of-Network Fees: *$400 for 1-hour Initial Evaluation - Adults, *$225 up to 30 minutes Follow-up - Adults & Psychotherapy Add On. Pt receives psychotherapy with follow-up and can also have ongoing psychotherapy as and when needed with a therapist on a separate day.
