Hi! I’m Taylor a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), Founder of Hoy Counseling and Consulting, LLC. I have over 10 years clinical experience in the Social Work and the Mental Health field. My previous roles while serving the community include, therapeutic foster care social worker, PHP/IOP Therapist and Regional Clinical Director of an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in the Washington – Baltimore Metropolitan Area.
I currently offer a variety of services through my private practice. Specializing in Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and life coaching. I believe in a strength-based perspective to nurture inner resilience in conjunction with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to promote healing and growth. I also consult with agencies to provide clinical supervision, consultation and trainings.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hampton University and a Masters in Social Work from Tulane University. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my Husband and our 3 sons.
