Description
I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, Holistic Health Practitioner, Wellness Coach, Community Organizer & Advocate, and so much more.
I am a graduate of NYU and during my professional career I have worked in education, social services, trauma care, community settings, and mutual aid - all of which has informed my work as a health practitioner.
In my practice, I put great emphasis on alignment and how the energy feels in any dynamic. I work from a diverse and open framework that is rooted in holistic health and draws from various frameworks such as psychoanalysis, Healing Justice, inter-generational learning, CBT, and a person-centered approach.
In sessions, I tailor my approach to my clients specific needs. Since mental health does not exist in a vacuum, we examine how nutrition, physical health, environments, relationships, lifestyles, etc impact our mental health. I aim to support my clients in any way I can. In my practice, I work with people across the lifespan, primarily with individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous, or Folx of Color.
