Hello, and thank you for choosing to use your precious time to learn more about me. I'm a licensed psychologist in Missouri and Virginia. Additionally, I am credentialed through PSYPACT which allows me to practice via telehealth in participating states and territories.
I primarily work with individuals who experience OCD and anxiety (social, general, etc.). I give space and honor to the layers of who you are as we work on navigating the challenges you share.
Personally and professionally, I value collaboration and flexibility. I firmly believe that you know yourself best and I defer to you as the expert on your life. I also collaborate with you as the expert on broader psychological challenges. My hope is that through this process of bringing together our areas of expertise, we can co-create a plan to help you unpack and address identified challenges. To this end, you and I would discuss your goals and then mutually agree upon a potential path to reach those goals.
My rates are $200 per hour/session and I accept credit, HSA, or debit card payments. If you want to use insurance, I am considered out-of-network, but I can provide a receipt to you that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I am also a Lyra provider which allows people who are employed by Lyra-partnered agencies the opportunity to work with me at no cost to them as it is through their employee assistance program (EAP). There is no sliding scale option available at this time.
