My work begins with taking the time to understand each unique individual. I aim to create a safe space to process complex and uncomfortable emotions. Working hand in hand, we will identify challenges – both past and present - with the goal of stability, healing and empowerment.
I specialize in counseling preteens, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I provide individual counseling to individuals aged 10 and older. My ideal client is open to the therapy experience and ready to challenge themselves to actively work toward feeling better.
I am skilled in using a variety of techniques to help you challenge yourself and work towards life improvement. These techniques include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, and EMDR.
