Ready. Set. Grow! is a a mental health and integrative therapy practice that offers psychotherapy, life coaching and acupuncture services to clients in the DMV area (D.C./Maryland/Virginia). We also offer psychotherapy and life coaching services to New York residents.
Our mental health and life coaching services are via telehealth.
All acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine services are in-person in our Bowie, Maryland location.
Our founder and clinical director is Dawn Thurman, PhD., LCSW-C.
