I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, eating disorders, stress, and depression though evidenced based approaches such as EMDR, Intuitive Eating, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. You can have confidence you are receiving quality care. My therapeutic style is warm and strength-based as I believe everyone can tap into their unique ability to heal with the right support.
