Therapy for Women Rebuilding Identity After Survival
I work with women who have made it through difficult seasons of life and are now asking a deeper question:
Who am I now that I’m no longer just surviving?
Many of the women I work with are no longer in crisis. Life may look stable on the outside, but internally something feels unsettled. The ways of coping that once helped you survive no longer fit, and deeper questions about identity, purpose, and direction begin to surface.
I’m Antonique Jones, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and I work exclusively with women navigating life after depression, trauma, burnout, grief, or major life transitions.
You might be here because:
• You’ve spent years being “the strong one”
• Life looks stable but something still feels off
• You’re navigating life after a difficult season
• You’re asking deeper questions about identity and purpose
• You want to understand who you are beyond survival
My approach blends evidence-based therapy, identity development work, narrative therapy, and somatic awareness. Together, we explore how your past has shaped you while creating space to move forward in a way that feels grounded, honest, and sustainable.
You do not have to be in crisis to deserve support. If you are learning how to live on the other side of something difficult, therapy can help you navigate what comes next.
Practical Information
