The journey to a person's best self can be long and at times difficult. Therapy is an essential part of that journey. As a therapist my obligation is to support the needs of each client with relevant and essential tools geared towards achieving their desired goals. Concerns related to anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, career transition, trauma, family conflict or mental health issues can be addressed in a safe and judgement-free environment.
My theoretical approach is DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) based, while leveraging my training in family therapy, REBT, CBT and Gottman couples therapy.
I'm offering telehealth therapy at this time. I offer flexibility and currently taking new clients.
