Description

On the outside, it might look like you’re holding everything together.
But in your relationships and life, something feels off.

Maybe you find yourself:
• Shutting down, over-explaining, or saying things you don’t fully mean.
• Trying to set boundaries or communicate without guilt.
• Replaying conversations long after they’ve ended.
• Feeling exhausted even when you’ve had time to rest.

Many of the women I work with are balancing demanding careers while navigating relationship stress—with a parent, a partner, within friendships, or dating life.
They’re self-aware, but still feel stuck in patterns that leave them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or alone.

Our work focuses on helping you:
👉🏾 Stay present when your body feels activated
👉🏾 Understand and shift patterns like over-giving, shutting down, or emotional overwhelm
👉🏾 Release the stress and tension your body has been holding
👉🏾 Set boundaries that feel clear and self-honoring
👉🏾 Build relationships that feel more mutual, safe, and supportive

My approach blends relational therapy with somatic (mind-body) practices.
This means we’re not just talking about what’s happening, we’re working with the patterns as they show up in real time.

Therapy is meant to be a space where you can:
🌱 Make sense of your emotional responses
🌱 Practice new ways of responding both mentally and physically
🌱 Experience more ease, clarity, and self-trust in your daily life

I’m intentional about creating a space that feels collaborative, nonjudgmental, grounded, and culturally attuned. I may offer reflective prompts or tools to support you between sessions, and give you some clear pathways forward.

If you’ve tried therapy before and it felt surface-level or like nothing really shifted, you’re not alone. This work is about going deeper, and feeling supported along the way.

Let's see if it feels like a good fit.
I offer free 15-minute video calls to talk more about your hopes for therapy and answer any questions you have.
