Description
The truth is you don’t have to be in crisis to seek therapy. You may not be at “rock bottom,” but you’re realizing that friends or family—while well-intentioned—may not have the capacity, stability, or skills to support the more vulnerable parts of your life. Recognizing and deciding to seek help isn't easy, but it's one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor, I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples process life’s transitions and work through challenges. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, codependence, communication barriers, or complex relationship dynamics, I'm here to help you understand your emotions, find clarity, feel more balanced, and find a peace of mind.
I also enjoy working with engaged and pre-marital couples. As a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, I use this evidence-based tool to help partners gain a personalized understanding of their relationship’s strengths and growth areas—creating a strong foundation for a healthy, lasting marriage.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal oriented. Together, we’ll clarify the kind of life and relationships you want to build, identify what’s getting in the way, and develop realistic strategies to create meaningful change. My role is to offer insight, encouragement, and practical tools to help you grow with intention and confidence.
