"Therapy for Where You Are"
Therapy for Gifted, High-Achieving & Neurodivergent Professionals, Teens & Couples
At Epiphany Lane Counseling, we specialize in working with gifted, high-achieving, and neurodivergent individuals who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our practice is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of:
Who We Help:
✅ Gifted & Neurodivergent Teens & Emerging Adults – Students in STEM, the arts, leadership programs, or competitive academics who struggle with perfectionism, social anxiety, emotional regulation, and identity-related stress.
✅ High-Achieving Professionals – Entrepreneurs, attorneys, mental health and medical professionals, engineers, educators, and creatives managing burnout, imposter syndrome, ADHD, and work-life balance challenges.
✅ Premarital & Early-Marriage Couples – Engaged or newly married couples looking to build strong communication, emotional intimacy, and resilience, including those navigating cultural or faith-based differences.
We understand that anxiety, trauma, and cultural identity often intersect with high achievement, and we create a safe space for BIPOC, first-generation professionals, immigrants, and neurodivergent individuals to explore their experiences and grow with confidence.
Our Approach:
We use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Gottman & Prepare/Enrich-based couples counseling to help our clients achieve balance, clarity, and emotional well-being. Our goal is to help you move with power, peace, and joy in every area of your life.

Prishna is an energetic and compassionate counselor with 14 years of experience in education. Originally from Panama and shaped by her travels as a proud military dependent, she brings a deep appreciation for diverse experiences and backgrounds. A wife and mother of four, Prishna is passionate about breaking mental health stigmas through education and transparency. Her own journey with anxiety and depression led her to therapy, where she realized that even “happy people” with “healthy childhoods” need support. This insight fuels her mission to create safe, judgment-free spaces where individuals can heal, grow, and fully express themselves.
Prishna specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship concerns, identity crisis, and self-discovery. She tailors therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate subconscious blocks, limiting beliefs, and fears. Known for her authenticity, humor, and free-spirited nature, she empowers clients to embrace personal expansion with honesty and courage. A lover of roller skating, dancing, and painting, Prishna blends spirituality with a refreshingly real approach—compassionate yet unfiltered. If you're looking for a therapist who is knowledgeable, empathetic, and unapologetically real, she’s the one for you.
