Description
As a therapist, I am dedicated to accompanying individuals seeking healing and transformation in their lives. In uncertain times, it's common to feel insecure and emotionally distressed, often manifesting as anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, grief, loss, and isolation. It's crucial to understand that you are not alone, and help is readily available. Beneath the layers of emotional distress, your true self is waiting to emerge. In our sessions, we will identify repetitive generational patterns and explore how your past influences your present and future. Working with me, you can expect to develop renewed mental and emotional awareness, gaining the motivation needed to embark on your healing journey. Together, we will build the momentum necessary to live authentically as an individual, family, or couple.
I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Administration from Ball State University. Currently, I am under the clinical and site supervision of Anita Adams, LMFT IN#35001887A. With over 25 years of experience working with families in our community, I help navigate larger systems and journey towards healing and wholeness.
My therapeutic approach is affirming, person-centered, strength-based, relational, and non-judgmental. My goal is to equip you with tools and evidence-based practices to propel you forward. Let's build momentum as you embark on your journey to healing and wholeness.
