Description
Life has a way of pushing us through seasons of transition, whether we’re ready for them or not. Maybe you’re stepping into a new chapter, redefining your relationships, or trying to heal from experiences that still weigh heavy on you. Maybe you're carrying the effects of trauma, anxiety, or stress, sometimes in ways you don’t even realize. If you’ve been doing your best to hold it all together but feel like you’re running on empty, I see you.
I specialize in working with women who are navigating the complexities of managing anxiety, depression and ADHD while balancing multiple roles. You may be the strong friend, the one who always shows up, or the person everyone depends on, but when was the last time you had a space where you could just be? A space where you don’t have to shrink yourself, explain yourself, or hold it all in? That’s the space I create.
I hold a Bachelor of Public Affairs from Wayne State University and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. Using a mix of trauma-informed interventions, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centered support, I help you process life’s challenges in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and supportive. We’ll work together to build a therapeutic alliance rooted in empathy and determination and with warmth, compassion, and honesty. I’ll hold space for your healing while also holding you accountable to the growth you deserve.
