Description
When you work with me as your therapist for women in Georgia/Pennsylvania , you gain a solid, encouraging, and validating member of your female support network. Being a woman comes with many societal expectations that can lead to limiting beliefs and self-doubt. That’s why strengthening women’s mental health is so crucial to the nuclear family and society as a whole.
Therapy with me involves:
parts work using Internal Family Systems Therapy
a down-to-earth, personable approach (It’s okay to laugh during therapy!)
validating your emotions
gentle guidance to help you work through unhealthy patterns
helping you connect with yourself on a deeper level
developing strong self-regulation skills
getting you out of your head and into your body
slowing down and checking in with yourself to find clarity
While getting your feelings out on the table is important, I believe therapy shouldn’t be a venting session. It’s not a place where you just come to air your grievances. Instead, therapy with me provides a safer space to heal, where I will never judge you, and where we can identify and develop what you need to do to live the life you deserve
