Description
Thank you so much for clicking on my profile.
You’ve been strong for so long… but sis, even superheroes need to rest.
Being a “strong Black woman” isn’t the badge of honor many of us thought it would be. The truth? That strength often comes at the expense of our peace, our joy, and our mental health. It’s okay to take off the cape. You don’t have to carry it all by yourself anymore.
If you’re starting to feel like your quality of life is slipping—or like you’re holding it together with hope and hustle—this might be the sign you’ve been waiting for. Therapy could be your next brave step.

A Little About Me
I’m NaTasha Bailey, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in San Diego, California. I bring over 15 years of clinical experience—and 29 years of life experience as a wife, #GirlMom to three amazing adult daughters, and founder of Mind2Mend Therapy Office Corporation, Radio Host On G.O.D radio 1 of Heart line Life Line Live Podcast. I’m also a sister, auntie, friend, daughter and your fellow journeywoman navigating all the beautiful, complex roles that come with being a Black woman in today’s world.
Managing multiple roles isn’t just exhausting—it can feel like losing pieces of yourself along the way. That’s where I come in.
I use a holistic, culturally-affirming approach that blends evidence-based clinical tools with real-life wisdom. My clients say they appreciate my honesty, my sense of humor, and the sacred, judgment-free space I hold for them to unravel the pain, make sense of the past, and move forward with intention.
My Specialties
I provide individual therapy for a wide range of concerns, including:
• Anxiety, depression, and mood disorders
• Co-parenting, mother/father wounds, and relationship issues
• Racial trauma and the weight of being “the only one”
• Postpartum challenges and working motherhood
• College stress, military/veteran life, and caregiver burnout
• Chronic illness, PCOS, menopause, and empty nesting
• Divorce, heartbreak, and rediscovering yourself after it all
I’m especially passionate about helping Black women—mothers and daughters in particular—rebuild connection, redefine their own worth, and find ease in the roles they carry.
My Approach
My clinical toolkit includes Mindfulness-Based CBT, DBT, and EMDR, all rooted in trauma-informed care. I’ll help you explore your emotions, shift patterns, and process deeper wounds—at a pace that honors your readiness and respects your story.
This is a collaborative journey. You are the expert of your own life. My job is to walk beside you, hold space for your growth, and gently remind you that healing is not only possible—it’s your birthright.
