Description
I specialize in helping women heal from betrayal trauma and relationship wounds that can leave them feeling overwhelmed, hurt, and uncertain about who they can trust.
Betrayal trauma can deeply impact your sense of trust, safety, and self-confidence, and healing often requires a thoughtful and compassionate approach.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling deeply hurt, confused, or questioning their sense of trust after experiencing betrayal. Some struggle with self-blame or wonder how they missed the signs. You may find yourself replaying conversations, questioning your instincts, or wondering how something that once felt safe became so painful. Many of my clients are used to being the strong one for others, yet inside they feel deeply hurt, overwhelmed, and unsure who they can truly talk to about what they’re going through. From the outside they may appear strong and capable, yet inside they feel emotionally exhausted from holding everything together.
My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you can process difficult experiences and reconnect with your sense of strength and clarity. Together, we work to gently process painful experiences, reduce emotional overwhelm, and help you move toward greater balance and confidence.
In our work together, you can expect a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach where you feel safe, understood, and supported. I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based techniques, and when helpful, Brainspotting—a brain-body approach that can support deeper emotional processing.
Reaching out for support can feel difficult, but many clients tell me they feel a sense of relief after taking that first step. If you're ready to begin healing, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if working together feels like the right fit.
