You may appear successful on the outside, yet internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted. You may struggle with overthinking, difficulty setting boundaries, people-pleasing, or feeling responsible for others at the expense of yourself. Over time, these patterns can contribute to burnout, anxiety, and strained relationships.
I work with high-achieving adults, caregivers, and professionals who are seeking relief from emotional overwhelm, anxiety, and relational stress. Therapy with me focuses on helping clients better understand their emotional patterns, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
I provide counseling services to adolescents and adults using a person-centered and cognitive behavioral approach. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed framework and, when desired, integrates faith-based principles to explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and personal values.
My goal is to offer a supportive, structured space where clients can slow down, process their experiences, and regain emotional stability and clarity. Together, we work toward reducing distress, improving emotional regulation, and supporting overall psychological well-being.
My current availability is limited to Mondays and Tuesdays.
